I have had 2 complete face and forehead lifts, eye jobs, hair
transplant, sweat gland removal and many other plastic/cosmetic
surgery treatments and all except one ( later) were done in
Thailand and mostly in Philippines and none were board certified
and overall I was satisfied. NOw the one and only board certified
job was with a doctor I recently had in USA and he botched up
my face to a fare you well! The biggest careless jerk anyone can
imagine. So don't think a board certified usa surgeon is better
necessarily than a foreign non- board certified. He is doctor
Frank Filiberto who works in Brevard county Florida with offices in Palm Bay and Sebastian. He has had mecdical negligence, malpractice cases in the past. He is the worst nightmare one could ever have. And also atleast in Florida it is almost impossible to sue for mecical malpractice for plastic surgery
as the state has such tough laws and mandates that I can't get
any attorney to take my case
