J.C. you never cease to amaze me. At times you appear down right intelligent!
You are there and I am here. I love living in the DR. I doubt if I shall ever learn the language but I have an insight into the people and have many friends and have learned that the best things in life are really "for free". Love, friendship, companionship, family, happiness. The realy important things that money really can't buy. The good things are not for sale at any price. I laugh when I think of my high school days and a visit to the "big city" and the locals upon learning we were from the mountains of Kentucky and poor hillbillies, they remarked, "look, they even wear shoes!" And so it goes....
