Sosua Hotel

Has anybody heard of a Hotel by the name of Marco Polo or Sosua Bay Club (supposably is the same Hotel). I'll be going there next week but I can not find any information anywhere in the internet.
They claim the reason is because is partially under construction. If you have any information at all please let me know. Your prompt response will be appreciated, as I said I'll be going there next week.

Sosua Bay Club is currently under constuction and is supposed to open in December. The construction site is located right by the beach, next to Marco Polo Club, of which I'm not informed, wether it's being remodeled or closed. I may be wrong, but it doesn't appear to be open.
