Embassy/Consulate Addresses in Canada

Hi:

Can anyone tell me where to find the address(es) for the Dominican Republic embassies/consulates inside Canada?

Escape Artist doesn't have the information I'm looking for. I know I've seen addresses somewhere on the web (not necessarily website addresses, just mailing addresses and phone #'s), however, I can't find them now and I'm not sure where to look.
