No offense, amigo, but I seriously doubt that your tostones will taste better than my wife's! I've yet to find anyone who makes 'em better! But even so, I hope sometime to stop on by someday and check yours out. Likewise, if you come up Washington way, give me a holler and you can stop by and try my wife's tostones. Y'all come by now, hear?

I fly into Sto. Domingo on 12/21 and depart from Puerto Plata on 1/2. My cousins and I are planning a "party caravan" which begins in La Capital and will make it's way thru Bani/Paya/Salinas, Boca Chica, Bavaro, Santiago (my mom's birthplace but I've never been) and ends with New Year's in Cabarete! I'll email you a couple of days before we get to Santiago. Thanks
