Default boat charter business
I would like to know what is required to take out fishing/diving charters using my Dominican Registered boat. I do not want to run a store front or teach people to dive only certified divers.
(1) do I need to be a licensed capitan here ?

(2) do I need a dive master on board ?

(3) what type of insurance do I need ?

(4) where do I go for the proper documents ?

(5) ETC.
