Escuela Barraquitos Comedero Arriba Near Fantino

I am looking for a way to communicate with the family of my foster daughter who lives in the interior in the village at the Escuela Primaria Baraquitos, Comedero Arriba, near Fantino. Our foster daughter's name is Ivelisse Holguin Gonzalez. Her mother's name Carmen (Araceli) Gonzalez and her father is Juan (Moreno) Holguin. Our foster daughter was burned in the face with gasoline when she was 8-9 she lived with us twice (18 mos & 1 year) while she had a number of facial recontruction surgeries arranged by Clinica Corazones Unidos (en Santa Domingo) and Healing the Children in the U.S. There has been no telelphone in her village and only recently a little elctricity and a couple spigots for water. They have always gone to use the telephone in Fantino. First with the Priest who has since been transferred to Puerto Rico and then at a little store in the home of Estela Mota (casa 132 Calle Juan Sanchez Ramirez) I have written care of Estela Mota to tell them that we have moved and have a new telephone (219)983-1736 but we have not heard from them and now I have not been able to raise anyone at the store/home of Estela Mota (809) 574-1631. Does anyone have any suggestions? Ivelisse, now 16, is supposed to be getting her passport in order through Corazones Unidos because she is due for a check up with the plastic surgeon.
