Laura: What exactly are you looking for? What is the time frame that you are looking at? I may be able to help. I left several brand new tents, a really nice cot from REI (we used them on one trip and then were able to find a place in Cabrera to stay) and some other camping equipment at an orphanage near Nagua. I am checking now to see if it is still there. If the equipment is still there and is something you would be interested in, I would be willing to let you have it for a donation to the orphanage. (You could give whatever you would feel appropriate)
