They don't have a website and my travel agent is trying to get a brochure. The best information I received was on Debbie's Board. However, here is their e-mail address: j.ortiz@royaluveroalto.com.do. Her name is Jennifer Ortiz. I e-mailed her on 2/11, but have not received a reponse yet. I heard that it takes a while for a response, but she will defintely answer. If you have a travel agent, try Apple Tours. I booked with them through my agent. Good luck!

We are staying at the Royal Uvero Alto at the end of this month. I emailed the resort with a few questions and they did respond. My big decision now is whether I want to spend the extra money for a room that also has a jacuzzi on the patio. $50 per day seems like a lot for a jacuzzi on the patio....really don't care about the one in the room, but would love one on the patio. We were originaly booked at the Paradisus, but after reading the latest reports on Debbie's site, I decided to switch. The travel agent is purely a way to book the trip; they know nothing about this resort and even after promising they would seek answers to my questions.....no answers. Ms. Ortiz and Senor Sanchez have answered my emails and I have also phoned Senor Sanchez. They are very gracious and I am looking forward to my vacation at this resort. Found a Valentine in Spanish to give to my husband.....so to everyone Feliz Dia de San Valentin
