is this for certian dates? Would you be able to give me some more information on this please. I am looking to go down there the last week of March.

Travelocity, (www.travelocity.com) They also have sale fares from USA to Santo Domingo. Usually it would cost me about $500 - $600 or more to fly from Cleveland to DR, but they sent me a rate of $367/RT and that was travel through June. There are some restrictions, but I think there are lots of dates open. You can sign up for free email updates for fares from your city to SDQ or POP.
