cheap trip??

Does anyone know where I can find a reasonable price to travel all-inclusive to the dominican republic leaving from Montreal at the end of April and staying two weeks.. I have searched all over and can't find much.. Also, the travel agencies I have tried have said it is too early to have price quotas for then, is that true?? It is only a little over 2 months away, and I am getting worried. My friend is travelling too, and we wish to stay together in DR, but she is leaving from Austin Texas, and we are afraid that we will not be able to set things up to stay together. Please help if you can. We do want to stay in the huge complex in Peurto Plata.

Would like information on inexpensive hotels that are close to night life with outdoor pool in santo domingo .Would like to know in puerto plata playa dorado sosua cabreteand boca chica,Inexpensive hotels on or near the beach but close to nigt life.All of above is for travel in april.
