Do you realize thast you made at least 4 major gramatical errors in a simple question?

Jeez, what are the schools coming to?

The country's (possessive case-did they teach you that?)native tree-> I am not at all sure, but it is probably the Mahogany or the Palm tree.
The bird is the Cigua Palmera.
The animal should be the burro, but I am sure it is not. It is probably the seleodontus (I do not have the vaguest idea how to spell it!!) which is a rodent-like creature that comes in two sizes. It is the only native mammel onthe Island.

You might try going to the www.lc.gov site and clicking on the Dominican Republic.
