Default Recipe for Glazed Plantains

I'm literally dying due to my craving for Glazed Plantains! If anyone has a recipe for this dish, please share it with me

You use the ripe (yellow) plantains and after you slice them, you but a little oil and sugar (un chin) on them if you want the glaze. I stay away from refined sugar and if they are ripe enough, they will be plenty sweet. Try baking them (only ripe ones) in the skin or wrapped in aluminum foil after you peel them.
