How to lern english by internet?

I want to know english to post with regular grammar, my ideas in DR1. How can i do it by internet?

Don't know a web site but my lawyer's son came to live with me when he was 16 and he had a disk called THE ENGLISH TUTOR and between studying books, studying the disk (it gave lessons and also spoke the words) and listening to me (with my southern accent!) and watching television, he has become rather fluent in about a year. People become discouraged because it is difficult but I think if you have the desire, half the battle is won! Good luck...

go to Dave's Internet Cafe (I think) lots of links, although most of them are for japanese students of english. I have seen on-line classes on specific topics, self-quizzes, etc.

I don't know the webpage, do a search.
