Joyce: I live up near the Illinois/Wisconsin state line on the Illinois side. My office is in Waukegan across the street from the Lake County Jail. I know a handful of Dominican families here in Lake County, mostly living in Waukegan so I can still coax them into a good meal once in awhile.
