The Return From Camp David Resort

I don't know how exactly to ask my question without sounding silly, sorry, but if someone takes a taxi from Santiago to Camp David Resort and stays for lunch or dinner, should they have the taxi wait, ( expensive) or contact the service again for the taxi to come back up the mountain for their return? anyway there is some dominican special with the taxi "waiting hours". The don't charge you...............
it was almost ever free. Now it can be that some driver say, by more than 2hours, it can be a little.....
