Where can i get or find info on the industrial revolution in the dominican republic especially about women, i am doing a report on it.

This may be a long shot but Dr. Frank Moya Pons wrote a great book called DOMINICAN REPUBLIC: A NATIONAL HISTORY. It is quite detailed and it may have something. Also you may want to contact the DOMINICAN STUDIES INSTITUTE in New York. They have an extensive collection on ANYTING that has to do with the DR.
