Suspect caught in last murder?

I just heard (via the grapevine) that one suspect may be in custody that murdered that German resident a few days ago in Sosua and terrorized the children at gunpoint, violated the women and shot the Haitian worker in the chest (he may thankfully survive). Have yet to see any of that write up in the papers or did I miss it?
Might be a "commission" set up to investigate because the German ambassador is more than a little perturbed over this affair and is putting pressure on Govt officials.

First we have "cousin Jesse" (the Right Honorable Senator Jesse Helms, USA) writing letters (use link below), then the possibility of "Ambassadoro Hans" form Puerto Rico, and now this. What's the "Head Agronomist" to do, German funcktionaries poking around and asking some rather pointed questions and demanding straight up answers, NOT usual drivel that is part & parcel of "His Clowness" president for life, Hipólito Mejía. . .
