There is a website that exist where you can negotiate the prices of airline tickets, but I don't recall the address. Does anyone know what I'm talking about or even know the address?

I think you are referring to www.priceline.com I've seen their ads on TV. You might try a search for "discount airline tickets" or try the discount airfare link button on the first (English language) page of Samana.Net

From what I understand, you enter a bid price along with the day you would like to fly and then they do a search for you. If they find something, at that point you are obligated to purchase. They require your credit card number up front. There is no chance for comparison shopping with other search sites.

thanks for the warning but i didnt use it anyway because i was searching for a flight for someone coming from DR and to use that service you have to depart from USA cities. Thanks anyway
