Busco un amigo in Higuey

Hi all,
I am looking for a friend in higuey. I knew him on my last holiday in Fiesta hotel/Bavaro Beach. Normaly he lives in higuey,
but sometimes (or most of his time) also on the street in Plaza Bavaro. He is a 11 year old boy and we arranged that I write every friday a fax to the codetel office in higuey, close the the basilica and Antonio Gugman. I think he do not pick up my faxes and now I don't know how is is going. His name is Ronni Areche Pache and his mother is living in higuey but I don't know where.
I tried to contact him by phone in the codetel office but without success.
My biggest wish is when I can phone him on a before agreed time.
Can anybody help me or know/see him maybe in plaza bavaro.
I'll come again in august to visit him or if I do not find him
to look for him. But it is horrible for me not to how he is going.
Please if somebody read this and can help me, help me.

I think you could search the phone number of the plaza bavaro and try to call him there, this is the website of the yellow pages in Dominican Republic: www.paginasamarillas.com.do

And about the phone of his home you can choose the RESIDENCIAS option and put the name or lastname of the person you think is registred as the owner of the telephone line.
