I need to find a friend of mine. His name is Tracy Bowden and his company is "Caribe Salvage, Inc." I believe it is located in Santo Domingo. He is also known as a "treasure hunter."
Perhaps someone can look in a telephone directory, either for his name or his company's name and e-mail that information to me (see address below). If anyone knows of Tracy or can somehow contact him, please tell him that "Ed Doyle, in Panama City Beach, FL is trying to contact him.
