Try one of the smaller airlines - Lynx Air out of Fort Lauderdale, FL to Santiago (Saturdays only I am advised). Let me know if anyone has success - I have a friend in Fl looking to get down here PLUS wife & DOG, before next week. Grahame *_*
Yeah, you can buy a one way ticket. I flew via American Airlines from the US to here. I would think though that it depends on what country you are flying from. Dominicans seem to be very partial to anything American!
