Any DR1 news today?

I have not seen the DR1 daily news today posted on internet. Are they not posted on Fridays or is there a later time for posting?

Could this be related?

CODETEL says international phone service will be limited between 6pm Saturday and some time Sunday evening due to need to make repairs on undersea cable between DR and PR, which is our link to the world. They say this will especially effect internet use, but that phone calls will probably not be interrupted. We'll see.

The news was ready on schedule but we did not have our Codetel connection until after 5 pm. Maybe it has to do with the damages reported to the underwater cable. This is mentioned in today's news.

DR1 news is normally posted around 2 pm Dominican time.
