Letters and Travel to the DR

My boyfriend moved to Santo Domingo, and over the phone he gave me the address so I could send him a letter, I was just wondering what the fastest way to send the letter is, and what the format of the address should be on the envelope so it doesn't get lost somewhere. It's really important, so if you know, please reply! Also, I want to travel there over the summer, what is the cheapest way!? Please reply soon!!!

check out aa.com (american airlines) they have weekly specials, really cheap, like $179 rt from MIA. or lowestfare.com is good.

Alternativly you could set up a CPS box. Send the letter to Miami and he can pick it up at CPS in Santo Domingo.

It's better that he buy un mobilphone .
Calling to the DR is cheaper and faster than the post .

Send your letter via FAX to the nearest Codetel or other such phone/fax office.
