Punta Cana??

Hey.
Is there anything else in Punta Cana than Resorts. I mean is ther a small city or what. We are moving to DR, but is not to sure if we are going to POP or Punta Cana. The thing is that we need some god diving, and have heard that Punta Cana is better diving than POP/....
So would we get board in Punta Cana ??????

There is a nice little expatriate community living here in Punta Cana. You can find everything you need.
Diving is not excellent but ok, for sure better than in POP.

Well the only way to experience a contry it to move there right??
I dont belive the going on hollyday to a contry is going to tell you much about it, but to move there is the only way to learn about the culture and contry. Ive been treveling for many years, and if we dont like it there we just pack our stuff and leave.

So do not buy something over here and do not come with to much luggage (custom!) and find out, if you like it here! You may want to consider Sosua of Cabarete as a starter, because you would be more in the center of the island with more places to go to!
