Dominican Youth Comunity

do anybody know any Dominican organitation that represents the Dominicans in the USA. Like ' Dominicanos Ausentes'.
If anybody Know anything, here is a Dominican who would like to join to help our country.

I met a guy named Rafael who works in social services in Washington Heights (he was an olympic fencer for the US a while back) and was telling me was going to receive a US$50,000 grant from the Mejia Adminstration called "Dominicanos Ausente" I will try to get a hold of him tomorrow and get some more information.
