new resort in pop

Hi: I just received the new sunquest brochure and there is a new resort opening in September called the coral marien resort and spa on costa dorada beach. Between Riu Merengue and the Flamenco. I just want to find out if it is completely finished, and if anyone has been thru it , and is it far to walk to the casinos in playa dorada,
