DR residents

We are soon travelling to the DR for a short vacation. Our son has come up with an interesting question. Please, a straight answer. Are there any skate board shops? If so, where are they?

Give us a chance to help - where are you going to? North Coast or South? I am sure there are some in Santo Domingo or Santiago, but these will be no use to you if you are in Puerto Plata, Cabartete or Sosua. Give us the resort & area you are staying at please. - Grahame Bush.

We'll go through SDQ, and Santiago even though we are staying in POP most of the time.

There is a surf shop on Luis Ginebra in POP - located just across the street from the Isla gas station. Can´t remember the name off the top of my head. I´m pretty sure they sell skate board supplies and parts. I´ve noticed that skateboarding is becoming very popular in the parks around POP. Cabarete would also be a good place to check.
