Sosúa All Inclusive Village?

I just ran across this website indicating that Sosúa is gearing up to be sold as an all inclusive village. Intriguing idea but is this for real? Eddy (or other Sosúa-ites)know anything about this?

Right Eddy...we only live and work here so why would we be expected to know about it. Sounds like BS to me. After all that All Inclusive has cost us already.
I thought the Govt people had just agreed to go after Higher class tourists??

Eddy and all...this site is managed by Leo Normand. I can't get the whole damn thing to load up...must be a Leo thing. however you got to get nervous if AMSHA and Leo are talking about this crap. With AMSHA as the dominant player in town and the new hotel under construction of theirs it would be nice to get their concept of Sosua. Maybe Sosua is for sale!!! Get ready for the offer Eddy.

I have about not heard anything about this from the H & R assoction of sosua cabarete, but then again this "association" only represents the all-inclusive interests.

If you can not get it to load its probably because you are using NETSCAPE as I was....does not load for me but if I go to my Internet Explorer browser it works fine....a bit of bad site design maybe.

We were told 2 years ago Eddy, Amsha will own from the Larimar Hotel to the new hotel Sosua Bay Club and to the large food court left of that. So this is not new news......Eddy
