are any new airlines coming to DR?

I would like to know if Delta airlines is willing to start a flight service to Dom. rep. in november or anytime later this year?
Please reply if you have any concrete information. I have called and written to delta but they are neither denying it or confirming the rumors.
Please, if you have any inside contacts, inform me on the latest.

They haven't applied for the route, so, as for now they will not be flying..
