There are ducks coming from the US in the winter, these ducks are tagged by the US Wild Life Dept., if you are US person and shoot one of these you could be rammed and shoot, just like they did with a boat filled with innocent people.

since these birds are entering illegaly in to the shores of dominican republic from USA. I guess you can simply shoot them out of sky because they had no FAA clearance to land on dominican shores. I mean, we have to take strict measures to protect the unique wildlife in DR or we would have an over population of the illegal american birds entering this country which can forcefully mate with the local species of bird and completly destroy both races.

thanks for the humorous comments--but, yes, seriously, birdhunting is a big source of income in Mexico, Argentina, US, and many other countries. I find it hard to believe that it is illegal--any other back-up out there for that?
