international moving company

do you think that using an international moving company and buying insurance would stop the customs people from stealing you household goods?

i've sent stuff down there from lowell mass. by santo domingo shipping agency,including a car,delivered right to my house,boxes unopened,and you don't deal with anyone but them,they have all the connections,its the only way to go,i've done it both ways....jim

When was this done? That may make a big difference. Jim

we send stuff all the time,as recently as 8 mo ago the car went down,my wife has got a box going down any day now,about 3ftH by 2ftW 125US door to door.....jim
