I'm looking for information about how a U.S. resident can get a divorce in the Dominican Repulbic.

As this subject pops up frequently I thought I would post a response here.

I have included a link to an article from "Wired" which is really a warning to make certain that you get what you pay for. You can indeed get a fast divorce in the DR - but there are traps.

He is right, I when there in 1971 stayed two weeks and got a 3 day divorce.
