Cable modems are here?
I was listening to radio but wasn't paying too much attention until i heard something about the cable modem connection (internet) being offered in santo domingo and in santiago.
Please confirm my understanding of the spanish broadcast that I had heard yesterday. If its true then what parts of santiago is it available in at the moment? what speed? how much? who is offering it...etc etc.
