Default Re: Dominican Potato Chips??? I Don't Think So!

Dear Dorothy,

Maybe my comments were rough, and I apologize if I offended you or anyone else. It is a very complicated subject, I even consider myself alittle left of center in politics. But the reality, cruel or not is that we are in a world where get a job for 30 years and retiring is a thing of the past. If low paying jobs are not sent to overseas ,then it will stunt the growth of the US. As it is lots of recent immigrants have the jobs most American really do not want. As for those who are too old to reinvent themselves, I feel for them, but that was the decision of our leaders in the 80’s, and most Americans were happy at the time and did not see the long term affects, and thus did not prepare for it. I realize it is a problem that must be dealt with, and I hope our leaders have the compassion to do something

Respectfully
Chris Weir
