airfare

i heard that because of the incident in new york and in washington that airfare was supposed to be going down in price.... i guess as an effort to pick up some business since many have lost confidence in air travel.... but... i checked some airfare prices.... they have either increased or they are about the same.... does anyone know... what's the deal?!

I found the same~ Maybe the priorities of the airlines are on the tragedy as of yet. I had a friend travel to DR Sunday and Miami Intl. was a mess. I will keep looking at fares.
