Default true and not true

It is true that the United States have been kind in helping other nations. The DR for example and I am grateful. But their have been times were the US has not been sincere in helping other countries, they had an alterior motive. Ex: Nicaragua, Vietnam and AFGHANISTAN!! United States is not the saint this guy claims!

Having this been said, it is true the world is a better place because of the US!

At a time such as this why say it? This is like going to a funeral to give a eulogy, saying what a wonderful person "He" was, and then slaming "Him!" Sometimes it is better to keep your thought to yourself. TRW

Default Are you saying it is not true

Reagan, Norwood or Mccain have said it and no one has kicked their ass. You are naive. When the US was in DR in 1916 and 1965, they weren't their to help!!They didn't "protect democracy," they took out the elected leader in '65 and put the side kick of a criminal in power. They had an alterior motive. I don't think I have to elaborate on that. They trained Bin Laden! I don't have to elaborate. They sponsored the Contras. I don't have to elaborate.

The US has done more good than bad. The world needs them. But I just hate it when people through things in your face. "sacando en cara" THe US is not a saint.

I am English, living near Manchester, and like everyone I am digusted, horrified at what has happened in New York.
I agree that we should stamp out terroism, although not optimistic that it will happen.I have just one question to put to the American people, maybe now you will think twice about financing and supporting the IRA and where was your support when Manchester was obliterated in the name of terroism ?
