Punto Cana...Royal Uvero Alto

We have never been to the Dominican Republic before and are wondering where the best place to stay is? This resort looks really nice but as we found out, it is not always like what they print in the brochure. Has anyone stayed here before? Could you please provide some feedback to this resort? Thank you so much.
