Default Re: To the Webmaster: Ray

My, my, my, aren't we an angry woman!!!! I was going to say angry YOUNG woman, but I don't think that would be the case!!

I have looked at a great many of your postings on this board (& the other one) & see that in nearly all of them you complain & refuse to see other peoples views (especially when they are correcting you). Free off a bit & give us all a bit of space. We all have opinions too you know & occasionally we might be right.

I am no 'LOVER' of DR1 cutting certain strings but many DO go over the top & become very childish (NO, I am NOT saying YOURS was childish - just some of the responses may have been considered childish or too personal) but your attack on Robert was certainly not called for. I was against him saying last week " let's end this here" when it came to the passing of thoughts & expressions of sympathy for those who had relatives who died in the WTC. I knew what he was trying to do but I did not agree with his curtailing the comments which people wanted (nay NEEDED) to make at that time. However, I considered his position & understood 'WHY' he had acted as he did. Many people get their strings removed from this board because SOMEONE overdoes the expressions of hatred, language or idiocy allowed for in the rules of this board - it is NOT the original contributor at fault, just some idiot who wants to exceed the rules laid down just to wind someone else up.

So please Dorothy, cool it a bit, consider the why's & wherefore's of any censorship, & then if you cannot work out the reason for the editing, ASK 'why' rather than lambasting the person who edited/removed the posts. Who knows, you might even get to enjoy your life more??

Best regards for a calm & peaceful day - Grahame Bush.

Default Well said Grahame, and for everyone else...

... the Negril Board (which I'm on every day) is still allowing people to post their concerns about the NY tragedy.
