Default Re: Dominican Potato Chips??? I Don't Think So!

Dorothy,

I throw my support behind you. I am American but I do know that the USA spends more money on controlling the business of other countries than any other country. Do not believe that the USA is out there in the world doing good deeds without some kind of a payback. Not even religious organizations do that. There is some kind of payback expected. In the case of the USA, usually they want control of business. They want to change the business infrastructure so they can control it and benefit from it for all eternity. That is the current agenda for the USA. Sometimes in the course of their work they hurt and kill thousands of people.

I would prefer a world where countries are free to handle their own internal problems without the USA injecting itself into the equation. Israel is one case where we should not be involved. The Jewish community here is of course biased toward Israel and seeks to manipulate the political process in favor of Israel. They do this carefully so as not to rouse the Arab world to a Jihad. Which is exactly what the likes of Bin Laden want to see happen. He believes that a holy war will do such damage to the west that the end result will be that his cause gets more respect...that Arabs get more respect.

We must not alienate Arab states. We must find a way to be more fair in our dealings with them otherwise we continue to alienate them. Their culture is very slow to conform to modern world culture. We need to be more patient with them and try to find a way to allow them to participate in the modern world without expecting them to instantly change a culture that has roots of a thousand years.

Now before you all bash me to death...terrorism must be stopped and I think now the USA is serious about making this the top priority in a worldwide effort to combat terrorism. I am very sorry that this happened to so many innocent people and I am very much the patriotic American...however, I consider myself moreso a patriot for humanity. I am concerned about people all over the world and not only Americans.
