WATER, WATER

My father-in-law called today and said in San Cristobal they have not had ANY WATER for almost 20 days. Power is few hours each day. He has a power inverter and most days can,t charge the batteries to run it. He said he is happy because the rains of the the last few days gave them some water.

When we asked him of the PRD, he said one day they will go away, and he will have WATER AND POWER. Jim

PRD stands for "Pobre Republic Dominicana!"

Actually, the water and electricity problem are due to the Balaguer's political party. It's been a big problem from many years. People just think that the PRD can perform miracles.
