Congratulations! I believe the single status document must be for your husband to be. I got married to an American citizen and he was requested the same document. You should ask for that to the bishop responsible of the chapel your fiance was baptised in. This is if you belong to a Christian-Catholic religion. When a man is married by church, the information is subscribed in his record. This is the way for the judge and/or priest marrying you to know that he has not been married before. It has to be stamped by the institution issuing it (dry stamp). I hope this information helps, and that this document is what you need.
