Need to find a Truthful Broker!!!

I will bring my household goods in DR, but I keep hearing horror stories about how the customs mess around with peoples bellowing & minds, they steal, take money out of you, Broker doesn't do their job right, and so on...

Can anyone tell me who or how can I find a GOOD broker without getting rip off?

If you can, is better to leave your household and buy them in DR. It is a hassel to bring them over.

Best advise to to buy the furniture here. If not, there are a number of good brokers in Santo Domingo. I have used Frank Leo S.A. (frankleo.com) for years because Frank was a close personal friend before he passed away two years ago. His two sons, Roberto and Esteban (rleo@frankleo.com or eleo@frankleo.com)are now running the business.

Others are just as good. B & R is another good one.
