Whoops! Big foot in the mouth. Just read in the daily news about the businessman. Looks like the Academy needs to provide a little more training to the DR cops to avoid this kind of things. But you have to think that the money "wasted" in police training could put to better use, like sports arenas.

They must be shooting at each other, because they cant even shoot straight. I just caught 3 policemen snorting something on Lincoln Avenue and they also had a bottle of whiskey in their hands. I told them a few guys were shooting 45s around the corner and they just shrugged. When I got home, I called Seguridad Ciudadana and the supervisor on the phone said " I know, but there is nothing I can do about it because I got no help here. Where are the New Jersey State Patrol boys. Bring us some of those smokies here.
