Hotel Info - Punta Cana

Anyone ever stayed at the Allegro Flamenco Bavaro, it used to be called Occidental Flamenco Bavaro. The travel agent and someone on this board said it was the best place for college/younger people. Can anyone else tell me more about it?

I also see that PC attracts a lot of European travelers, are this college kids on spring break or just families?
