Censorship idea

Select two of the regular posters, one that leans to the liberal, one to conservative. Have the webmaster be the chairman and select each day messages that are questionable, three equal votes and the post either stays or goes, no one person is the bad guy. If the editor is unavailable, have an alternate or 2 available to vote and let one of the two regular "editors" select suspect messages.

Could be done at 7pm each night. I don't know whow hard, but I assume a seperate section could be set aside for the "condemmed" messages

Say:"Hold your horses man" by wobbly is suspect, one round of votes and it stays or goes. 5 deleted posts and person is banned for two weeks, 7 and the person is fone for 6 months etc.

I don't know the logistics but the theory seems fair

What happens when one is on holiday?
Answers are slow in coming?
How do you ban someone?
Etc etc etc....
