I'm back from sosua only 2 days and already booked the
next trip. In the meantime I would like to cook sancocho here
and dream about some good times to come. Can anybody help me
with finding a recipe.
Go to DR1 Main page, click on travel information. When it comes up click on Dominican Food and scroll down. You will find one of the thoousand different recipes for Sancocho. Almost every Dominican Family has their own recipe.
