Sportsbooks ?

I am going to be travelling to the island and was curious if there are any sportsbooks in any of the casinos ? And if any would be recommended.

you will find sportsbook every 2 corners in the island.
the best are: Juancito Sport, Miguel Sport, the one in the Casino of hotel Jaragua, etc.

Signs that say "Bancas"

You have Bancos that are banks, and Bancas that are betting parlors. They are everywhere. I have never actually been in one so no recommendations, sorry.
