I'm looking for info on the Paraiso Del Sol hotel. What town is it in. Is is a decent place to stay?

What is the best way to travel when sightseeing. Will cabbies deal for a full day of service perhaps? Are there certain cabs to stay away from?

Any deals in the casinos/hotels for exchange rates? Should I just exchange before I leave home?
