I am setting up a new business in DR and will need an accountant there. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What area ? - As for your question about taxes, a 12% tax is charges on mostly everything. (Certain Food items etc.) "Facturas" have to be nembered and include information ie. Name, Add., and contributor's number. You accountant will help you out with this.
